- 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
- 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cranberry sauce
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing, cranberries, egg, cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
- Place stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
