- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup toasted pecans, finely chopped (divided)
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for extra sweetness)
- Crackers or bread slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, Parmesan, cranberries, half of the chopped pecans, green onion, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or plastic wrap.
- Spread the remaining chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball in them until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with your favorite crackers, pita chips, or sliced baguette.
