- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped (halal alternative)
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in heavy cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Fold in cooked turkey bacon.
- Add cooked penne pasta and toss until fully coated in sauce.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free penne.
- Omit or replace turkey bacon with halal-appropriate turkey to keep the dish pork-free.
- If the sauce thickens, whisk in a splash of milk until you reach desired consistency.
- Leftovers refrigerate well for up to 3 days; reheat gently on the stove or in a microwave.
