Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 2 cups beef chili, canned or homemade
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Slice potatoes thinly and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- 3. Grease baking dish and layer half the potatoes.
- 4. Spread half the beef chili over potatoes, sprinkle half the cheddar.
- 5. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, chili, and cheese.
