- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups holiday M&Ms
- ¼ cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt just until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in most of the M&Ms, reserving a handful for topping.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle remaining M&Ms and holiday sprinkles evenly over the top.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
