  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  4. Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
