- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top, and bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
