Bunny Oreo Balls: adorable no-bake Easter bites made from crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate and decorated to resemble cute little bunnies.

- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla melting wafers
- Pink candy melts, for ears and noses
- Mini marshmallows, for tails
- Candy eyes
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on the lined sheet and decorate immediately with candy eyes, pink candy ears, and marshmallow tails.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
- Store chilled until ready to serve.
Notes
- Decorate while the chocolate is still soft for the best adhesion.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
- For make-ahead prep, freeze uncoated balls for up to 2 weeks, then dip and decorate before serving.
