Description
Boursin Mac and Cheese: a 25-minute creamy, herb-infused mac and cheese using garlicky fine-herbs Boursin cheese.

- 12 oz elbow macaroni or small pasta shells
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 package (5.2 oz) garlic and fine herbs Boursin cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in milk and heavy cream. Heat gently until warm but not boiling.
- Stir in Boursin cheese and whisk until smooth and fully melted.
- Add shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened to your liking.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

- Use garlic and fine herbs Boursin for the best flavor.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (optional).
- Mozzarella or white cheddar can be swapped based on preference.
