Description

Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce: A copycat, mess-free version of the iconic Big Mac flavors folded into a tortilla. Juicy seasoned beef, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, onions, and a creamy special sauce wrapped in a tortilla for easy lunches or quick dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar (optional for tang)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all special sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. To assemble, spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced pickles, and onions.
  6. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly to form wraps.
  7. Optional: Grill the wraps seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crispy, melty finish.
  8. Serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • To make ahead for meal prep, cook the beef and sauce in advance and assemble when ready to eat.
  • If you like extra crunch, add shredded carrot or diced tomato.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
