- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp finely diced pickles or relish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, and paprika until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, diced pickles, garlic powder, and paprika to make the special sauce.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold.
- Spread a spoonful of special sauce over each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef to the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: Toast wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
