Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast or tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil, for frying or baking
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • For Assembly:
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping once.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and honey until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked chicken in Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Place sauced chicken onto slider buns and top with shredded lettuce.
  7. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve immediately.
