- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp milk
- 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy melts
- 1/4 cup yellow or pastel sprinkles (optional, for decorating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix banana pudding mix and vanilla wafer crumbs until combined.
- Add cream cheese and milk and stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with decorations if using.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
- Store chilled until ready to serve.
