Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy melts
  • 1/4 cup yellow or pastel sprinkles (optional, for decorating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix banana pudding mix and vanilla wafer crumbs until combined.
  2. Add cream cheese and milk and stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place back on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with decorations if using.
  8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
